The City of Birmingham Rockets G Ballers is our first-ever girls‑only basketball camp, created especially for players who want to challenge themselves, build confidence and take their game to the next level. Throughout the day, you’ll be guided by members of the Rockets Senior Women and elite players from the BMet Rockets WEABL Academy, who will push you through a series of game‑based skills sessions designed to develop the core fundamentals needed for top‑level basketball. Across the camp, players will work on shooting, dribbling, finishing at the basket, creating space under pressure, and becoming confident with both hands. The day is fast-paced, energetic, and packed with fun skill competitions that challenge you, motivate you, and help you grow as a player. Running from 10:00am to 3:00pm, this camp provides a high‑quality and empowering environment where girls can train hard, learn from inspiring female role models, and experience what it takes to perform at a higher level. Players should arrive wearing sportswear and suitable basketball shoes. They should also bring a water bottle and a packed lunch for the day. The camp is priced at £17.50 per day, offering families an accessible opportunity for young female athletes to develop their skills in a supportive, exciting and professional setting.
