Held every Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nechells Wellbeing Centre, this programme offers 38 weeks of focused training, conveniently scheduled during the week to fit your family’s routine.

Please note that the membership fee required for league participation is not included in this package. Sessions may occasionally be relocated due to unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll ensure you are informed of any changes as soon as possible.
