For Girls Aged 11-17 | All Skill Levels Welcome!
Join our Rockets All-Girls Basketball Development Sessions, designed specifically for girls aged 11-17. Held every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Heartlands Academy, these sessions offer a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, develop basketball skills, and enjoy the game in a supportive, all-girls environment.

Each 1.5-hour session focuses on core basketball skills while promoting fun and teamwork. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping each player reach their full potential.
